Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
The service
Website Scraper extracts structured data from web pages you point it at and can monitor those pages for changes. You get the results; you're responsible for how you use them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- scrape sites in violation of their terms of service or applicable law;
- collect personal data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, or similar);
- access content behind logins or paywalls you don't have rights to;
- overload or disrupt any website, or evade technical access controls;
- resell raw access to the service without our written agreement.
We refuse certain categories outright (banking, government, people-search sites) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm third parties.
Credits & billing
One credit = one page scraped. Failed scrapes are automatically refunded. Subscription credits reset monthly without rollover; purchased credit packs never expire. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled (any time, via the billing portal); after cancellation your data remains exportable for 30 days. Prices are as shown on the pricing page — no hidden annual commitments. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your data
You own your scrape results and can export them at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data without exporting it first — the app warns you before you do this. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Websites change, block, and rate-limit; we don't guarantee any particular page can be scraped, and extraction accuracy — while good — is not warranted. Nothing on this site is legal advice about web scraping; consult a lawyer for your specific situation. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes get an email before they take effect. Questions: hello@websitescraper.io.
